A great deal of what we replace here is a roof that was layered over rather than torn off, which hides deck rot and old flashing failures until a leak finally appears inside. We strip to bare deck, repair what we find, and rebuild with GAF shingle systems, ice and water barrier at the eaves, and balanced ventilation. Metal and flat commercial assemblies are handled by the same crew.
Siding
Wood trim and aging siding on south suburban homes take a beating from the freeze-thaw swings that run from November into March.
