Rosales Roofing started in 2010 with one man, Enrique Rosales, his truck, some tools, and one goal: That goal was to build a successful roofing company based on old fashioned values of pride and integrity in your work. Eventually, his oldest son Rafa would join the effort. With only two employees, one could begin to imagine the struggles of wearing many hats. The advantage of this multi-generational led company is that you will always have a well-balanced approach to every problem or task at hand. Through innovation and a well-seasoned and calculated approach, they will always find the proper answer, yet staying true to your requests and values every step of the way.

Rafa Rosales
OwnerRafa was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago. Spending most of his youth working alongside his father in various trades, he quickly developed a passion for the industry.
Enrique Rosales (Henry)
OwnerHenry was raised in a rural small town in Jalisco, Mexico. He migrated to Chicago at 12 years old to continue his studies in hopes of pursuing the “American Dream.”
Brianna Rosales
Director Of Customer RelationsBri is both the wife and partner in crime of Rafa, she is also a native of the south suburbs. Spending over 11 years working closely with patients in the dental field, she found a passion in comforting people.
