Rosales Roofing started in 2010 with one man, Enrique Rosales, his truck, some tools, and one goal: That goal was to build a successful roofing company based on old fashioned values of pride and integrity in your work. Eventually, his oldest son Rafa would join the effort. With only two employees, one could begin to imagine the struggles of wearing many hats. The advantage of this multi-generational led company is that you will always have a well-balanced approach to every problem or task at hand. Through innovation and a well-seasoned and calculated approach, they will always find the proper answer, yet staying true to your requests and values every step of the way.

Rafa Rosales
OwnerRafa was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago. Spending most of his youth working alongside his father in various trades, he quickly developed a passion for the industry.
Enrique Rosales (Henry)
OwnerHenry was raised in a rural small town in Jalisco, Mexico. He migrated to Chicago at 12 years old to continue his studies in hopes of pursuing the “American Dream.”
Brianna Rosales
Director Of Customer RelationsBri is both the wife and partner in crime of Rafa, she is also a native of the south suburbs. Spending over 11 years working closely with patients in the dental field, she found a passion in comforting people.
Rosales Roofing provides roofing, siding, gutter, storm restoration and commercial roofing services to homeowners and property owners throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Our work covers everything from targeted repairs to complete roof replacement and full exterior renovation.
Rosales Roofing is family operated, and much of the work is straightforward to explain — what an inspection turns up, which materials suit a particular roof, and why one approach is being suggested over another. Questions about any of that are welcome at any stage.
We are a GAF-certified installer and work with a range of established roofing and siding manufacturers, which allows us to recommend materials suited to each property, its exposure and its budget rather than a single product line.

Work ranges from single repairs through to full exterior replacement, and includes emergency and storm-related restoration. Whatever the scope, the intent is the same: identify what is actually needed, explain it clearly, and complete it to manufacturer specification.
Roofing systems include components that are no longer visible once work is complete — underlayment, waterproofing membrane, ventilation and flashing among them. Because they are not apparent afterwards, they are worth understanding beforehand, and they are a large part of why two estimates for the same roof can differ.
